Cozy small house with two rooms (a room with double bed and second with a twin bed) accomplishing with all your needs, cleanness it’s my standard, to makes you feel like you are at your own home. My house is close to local stores and restaurants, less then 10 min away. Near to the most popular beaches around the shore, including six flags, and jersey shore outlets. My place include parking inside at least for 3 cars. Tv/internet, appliances, cookware, ac, central heat.

The house is located in a quiet beautiful area near Belmar beach, Howell New Jersey. The place is an ideal variant for business travelers, medical students, couples and solo adventures. I am renting a large room in the house that can occupy 3 people. The room is very comfortable, clean and our place has friendly environment. The house is located in safe neighborhood. The bedroom The room is super private and has a comfortable Queen Size bed. It has 43 inch flat screen TV, nice sofa and coffee table inside the room, laptop friendly work area, big closet area including iron and ironing board. The room has central A/C and Heating system. The bathroom The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body washer, toilet paper, towels, and hair dryer. The guest will have an access to the small kitchen equipped with paper plates and cups, coffee brewer, microwave, small refrigerator to store food, water, coffee and tea. A guest can use a private entrance door. The parking is free and in front of the house. We have 2 outdoor cats who are also friendly. Sometimes they can sneak inside the house but usually they like to spend their time outside. This is an alert for allergic people!

**Corona Virus-Covid 19 Update** The Spring Lake beaches are officially opening as of Memorial Day Weekend. We have purchased 4 seasonal badges. Daily badges must be purchased online and picked up at the train station. Our entrance, Union Avenue, is one of the beach entrances that will remain open. Spring Lake has closed some entrances to the beach and will be monitoring the beach to make sure people are socially distancing. Lifeguards are on duty as well. As of June 1, boardwalks are open for exercise only. Soft sided small coolers are allowed on the beach with food and drinks. Our home is being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between renters. Our cleaning woman is making sure all surfaces are being cleaned with an all purpose cleaner with bleach. There are also extra cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen sink that can be used during your stay. This is a beautifully kept, comfortable, clean beach house in pristine condition. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus an outside shower. The entire house has been repainted 2018. The house is fully furnished and has central air as well as a gas fireplace. There is a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Corian countertops. The cabinets are fully stocked with all your kitchen cooking and entertaining essentials. There is a long driveway that fits four cars plus a garage to store your bikes and beach gear as well as ample street parking. There are four beach chairs, an umbrella, strollers and kids beach toys for your use. *Four beach badges are also included with the house. Active duty members of the military may escort themselves and three guests at no charge onto the beach per the borough of Spring Lake. * The house is located 0.8 miles to the Spring Lake Beaches and downtown Spring Lake.
